How it works

1. Install the pack. Start with /agrees: type it at the end of your next plan and the participation sentence appears.
2. Type /txplan for a full plan. Fill the text boxes, pick from the menus, tick Goal 2 and Goal 3 when needed.
3. Insert. It lands as text you can still edit.
